Fine Iron Powder
Fine Iron Powder is produced from high-quality iron oxides through a controlled reduction process. It features high purity, fine and uniform particles, and a relatively high specific surface area. The particle size can be as fine as 500 mesh. Our low apparent density fine reduced iron powder also features a distinctive sponge-like, porous particle structure, providing both low apparent density and high reactivity. These properties facilitate powder mixing, compaction, and sintering, making the powder suitable for powder metallurgy, diamond tools, welding materials, fuel cells, and other industrial applications requiring fine particle size, porous structure, and high reactivity.
Our Fine Iron Powder products are mainly divided into two categories: Fine Reduced Iron Powder and Low Apparent Density Fine Reduced Iron Powder:
- JHY Series Fine Reduced Iron Powder: Mainly used for diamond tools, including saw blades, wire saws, grinding blocks, and abrasives.
- YC Series Low Apparent Density Fine Reduced Iron Powder: Mainly used in low-temperature sintering, fuel cells, soil improvement, and other specialized processes.

Fine reduced iron powder is mainly used in the following applications:
- Diamond Tools: Used as a metallic matrix material for diamond saw blades, drill bits, and other diamond tools. Its fine particle size facilitates uniform powder mixing and sintering.
- Low Apparent Density Applications: Its sponge-like, porous structure provides low apparent density and a relatively high specific surface area, making it suitable for specific powder metallurgy, chemical, and functional material applications.
